MIKE PATTON - DISCOGRAFIA;
Michael Allan Patton (Eureka, 27 de janeiro de 1968) é um músico dos Estados Unidos, famoso por ser vocalista da banda Faith No More.
Além do seu trabalho mais célebre como vocalista dos Faith No More, Patton participou ou participa nos projetos como Mr. Bungle,Fantômas, Peeping Tom e ainda se envolveu em projetos paralelos como John Zorn, Dan the Automator, Kool Keith, The X-Ecutioners, Team Sleep, Björk, Subtle, Rahzel, Amon Tobin, Eyvind Kang, Lovage e Kaada. Foi um dos fundadores da Ipecac Recordings juntamente com Greg Werckman, em 1999.
Mike Patton é também conhecido pela utilização da maior variedade de estilos e técnicas vocais. Os seus espetáculos contam sempre com passagens de falsetes, vozes guturais, entre outros. Devido ao seu talento vocal, Patton é referido muitas vezes como Senhor das 1000 vozes.
Em Maio de 2006, lançou o álbum Peeping Tom com o seu projeto homónimo ao qual denominou de uma nova versão da música pop. Em entrevista sobre o álbum, referia que, se ouvisse rádio, o estilo da estação seria assim. Com tal ecletismo, contou com a participação de vários músicos convidados como Norah Jones, Bebel Gilberto, Kid Koala, Doseone, Massive Attack, Odd Nosdam, Jel eDub Trio.
No cinema, produziu a banda sonora dos filmes: "A Perfect Place" e "Crank: High Voltage" e "Making 'Crank 2'". Atuou como protagonista no filme "Firecracker" (2006), e emprestou a sua voz para diversos filmes, na locução ou dobragem de personagens.
Depois de mais de 10 anos separados, no começo de abril de 2009, Mike Patton e os integrantes do Faith No More reuniram-se e anunciaram o regresso da banda aos palcos. Eles afirmam que não é propriamente um retorno da banda, apenas uma reunião para uma turné europeia, porém, além destes 32 concertos, constam ainda outros na América do Sul, incluindo 4 apresentações no Brasil.
Ainda na sua carreira solo, Patton lançou em 2010, Mondo Cane, uma coleção das suas interpretações muito próprias de vários sucessos da pop italiana.

Mr. Bungle foi uma banda de música experimental criada em 1985 em Eureka, Califórnia. Os membros da banda eram:

FANTÔMAS;
Fantômas é um supergrupo de avant-garde metal formado em 1998 na Califórnia, EUA. O nome da banda vem do supervilão Fantômas, apresentado numa série de romances policiais muito popular na França antes da Primeira Guerra Mundial e no cinema, principalmente na década de 60 em uma série de filmes franceses.
Embora, no Brasil, nos anos 1980, tenha sido exibida uma série de anime chamada Fantômas: O Guerreiro da Justiça (Golden Bat, nos EUA), o nome da banda não foi inspirado neste personagem.
Fantômas começou pouco antes do hiato do Faith No More. Mike Patton, enviou algumas demos para o guitarrista Buzz Osborne (doThe Melvins), o baixista Trevor Dunn (do Mr. Bungle) e o baterista Igor Cavalera (do Sepultura) com a intenção de formar um supergrupo. Cavalera recusou a oferta, mas recomendou alguém que julgou ser perfeito para o projeto: Dave Lombardo do Slayer, que aceitou.
Em meados de 2005, a banda excursionou pela Europa com Terry Bozzio na bateria. Lombardo estava em turnê com o Slayer mas, voltou à banda para a data final da turnê em 15 de setembro de 2005.
PEEPING TOM;
Peeping Tom é um projeto de música pop liderado por Mike Patton (Faith no More). Até à data, eles lançaram um álbum homônimo e dois singles. Um segundo e terceiro álbuns são possíveis, mas não tem previsão de lançamento. O objetivo de Patton é criar um novo tipo de música pop, para isso o Peeping Tom contou com a participação de vários artistas de diferentes estilos musicais e as performances vocais de Patton. O nome da banda, Peeping Tom, é uma referencia a única pessoa que, na lenda de Lady Godiva, a observou durante seu passeio e acabou morrendo.
